These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the RealClicks advertising platform (“Platform”), operated by Oracles Consult (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in Ghana (Registration Number: SN001800421) at 1 Airport Square, Ghana. RealClicks is a registered trading name (DBA) of Oracles Consult.

By creating an account and using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

To use RealClicks you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from using the Platform under any applicable law
• Provide accurate and complete information during account registration

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above eligibility requirements.

2. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at kamin@oraclesconsult.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. RealClicks will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

3. Platform Access

RealClicks is a fully self-serve programmatic advertising platform. Upon registration and account funding, you will have immediate access to all platform features including campaign creation, targeting controls, creative upload, real-time reporting, and billing management. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform at our discretion if these Terms are violated.

4. Advertiser Obligations

As an advertiser on RealClicks, you agree to:

• Ensure all creatives and landing pages comply with applicable laws in the GEOs you are targeting
• Not advertise illegal products, services, or content of any kind
• Not submit creatives that contain malware, deceptive elements, or misleading claims
• Ensure that any adult content you advertise is legal in the jurisdictions being targeted and is directed exclusively at adults aged 18 and over
• Not use the Platform to conduct click fraud, traffic manipulation, or any other form of advertising fraud
• Comply with all applicable data protection and privacy laws relevant to your campaigns and landing pages

RealClicks reserves the right to reject, pause, or remove any creative or campaign that violates these obligations without prior notice and without liability to the advertiser.

5. Adult Content

RealClicks permits the advertising of legal adult content subject to the following conditions:

• All adult creatives must be submitted through the designated adult traffic category within the Platform
• Advertisers are solely responsible for ensuring that their adult content is legal in every GEO they target
• Adult content must not involve, depict, or be directed at individuals under the age of 18 under any circumstances
• RealClicks reserves the right to reject adult creatives at its sole discretion without providing a reason

6. Billing and Payments

RealClicks operates on a prepay balance system. You must fund your account balance before campaigns can serve. The minimum deposit is $25. Payments are processed securely through Stripe and PayPal. By making a deposit, you authorize RealClicks to apply those funds to your campaign spend as directed by your campaign settings. All deposits are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except as outlined in the refund policy below.

7. Refund Policy

RealClicks offers a 7-day full refund guarantee on your initial deposit. If you are not satisfied with the Platform within 7 days of your first deposit, you may request a full refund of your remaining account balance by contacting kamin@oraclesconsult.com. Refund requests submitted after the 7-day window will be considered at the sole discretion of RealClicks. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

8. Campaign Approval and Creative Review

All creatives submitted to RealClicks are subject to review by our team before activation. We operate a 24/7 review process and aim to activate approved creatives within minutes of submission. RealClicks reserves the right to reject any creative that violates these Terms, our content policies, or applicable law. Rejection of a creative does not entitle the advertiser to a refund of any account balance.

9. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all creatives, copy, and content you upload to the Platform. By submitting creatives to RealClicks, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content across our publisher network solely for the purpose of delivering your campaigns. RealClicks retains all rights to its platform, technology, branding, and proprietary systems.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Ghanaian law, RealClicks and Oracles Consult shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity. Our total liability to you in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your RealClicks account in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Oracles Consult, its directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your campaigns, your creatives, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

RealClicks reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or cause harm to the Platform, its publishers, or other advertisers. Upon termination for cause, any remaining account balance may be forfeited at our discretion.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
